To be fair, just about every boxing site speculated Wilder would fight Breazeale. This wasn't a hater movement, it was a strong possibility. And if Fury wasn't stepping up, Breazeale likely would be Wilder's next opponent.

Breazeale is a mandatory and Deontay himself spoke about possibility of fighting him.
