Wish that was the case, but if Joshua only fights twice a year, he can stay busy with Povetkin, Whyte II (and yes, Hearn is already selling it), Miller for the next 18 months, then Fury as he'll be ready by then, and if Usyk does ok at HW, he'll come on to the scene.
So Joshua could keep trucking vs Ring top 10 opposition for another 2 and a half years before running out of opponents ithout going anywhere near Wilder.
Only thing Wilder can do is keep on going for other Ring top 10 opponents, so yes, Breazeale to begin with, Whyte if he wants to take it (which would take one of Joshua's opponents away from him), ditto Miller. Basically unless Wilder starts fighting the other guys (Whyte, Miller), I can see Joshua lining them up while Wilder sits in the background not doing a lot.
