Fury goes back to no.1 in the division if he beats Wilder, without a doubt. It doesn't matter if AJ has all the other belts, they're only belts that got stripped from Fury anyway.

What people need to understand about Tyson Fury is that you take what he’ says with a pinch of salt. His statements are dictated by whatever mood he is in for the day, and one will often find him expressing contradictory views about fighters, himself and what day of the week it is, so I would encourage anyone not to take his word as gospel

I hate to say it but all this fight does is make AJ look like a bit*h!! Wilder fought ortiz who i believe will ko any of the other top hws. Wilder stepped up and fought him. That tells me Wilder will fight anyone!!! AJ says give me $50 million and put it in writing and we can fight. So they did that and AJ went running!!!
I would like to know why the british people need americas approval on anything? Im serious about this.. Why would fury come out and say “america is laughing at us”
Can someone tell me why the brits seem to need our approval?!?Last edited by suffolkbull3; 08-01-2018, 10:29 AM.

I love Tyson Fury. He is funny as Hell with his quick wit, catchphrases and one-liners. This fight is going to sell. He has the kind of personality that can capture the American public's attention. This fight would do better in the states than AJ.

Actually this is brillant for Wilder and Fury. If Fury wins, being the true lineal champ, he ends up being the A side in future fights. If Wilder wins, his WBC belt grows considerably larger being that he would then be the lineal champ also. At that point he may also end up being the A side (for those where A side matters so much).
For fans, this continues the best fighting the best in the HW division (Fury may or may not be back to "best" level, but there is no denying his appeal in any big fight after dethroning the Klit) .... something everyone has been wanting to see. A certain British boxer can sustain the momentum by stepping up and fighting Ortiz, who wants to fight him.
Add in Whyte, Parker, Big Baby, and the young guys coming up .... Heavyweight will return to the head of the class.Last edited by MastaBlasta; 08-01-2018, 11:54 AM.
