I think 1-3 are distancing themselves from the rest but if Inoue wins this 118-wbss in impressive fashion (Tete will be tough) he has a case of being close. I think 1-2 is almost a 1a and 1b both have a strong claim. I think Usyk is great but just not quite as good as those two but clearly better than GGG who is declining more than the others.

Lomachenko, Crawford, Usyk, Inoue and Garcia.

Those are the five best fighters at the current moment for me. Best mix of skill set/eye test/resume'. Golovkin to me is in the next tier along with Canelo/Spence/SSR/Kovalev.

I get why Crawford tops a lot of lists but I'm really not sure that beating the crap out of some pretty good 135 and 140 pound fighters is going mean much at 147 (where he's fighting now and the only weight that currently matters for P4P honors)
