Dillian Whyte would be the best W on Deontay Wilder's record.

It is a fight that would do wonders for his profile in the UK. It could even be argued that Whyte and Wilder have resumes of a similar standard.

Ortiz is a way, way better fighter than Whyte, and he hadn't already been KO'd by Joshua before Wilder fought him.

Also he's a unicorn: a skilled, southpaw heavyweight with knockout power.

The only fights out there that would be a better win than Wilder right now are Joshua or an in-shape Fury.

Maybe to British fans. Ranks nowhere near Ortiz.

          Hell, Stiverne was ranked higher.

People talk up Luis Ortiz, but what has he actually done in his career that makes him so great? His best wins are Bryant Jennings, Tony Thompson (old as fugg) and Malik Scott (a Chisora victim). All during a time he popped twice for PEDs. What is so great about him? Dillian's best wins are on another level to anyone Ortiz has beat.

His best win would be Whyte if Whyte wasn't a pus5y. Hard to get fights when you're a boggieman....

He can only beat the guys who agree to fight him. He has 25 KOs in 29 wins, plus two more KOs that were changed to NDs after the fights due to a failed test and controversy over the dude falling out of the ring.

There is nobody outside of Britain who would pick Whyte to beat Ortiz.

In the last 2 years, Ortiz's wins are:

                    Razvan Cojanu
                    Daniel Martz
                    David Allen
                    Malik Scott

Why is he fighting absolute trash, if he's so great? Fair enough everyone worth any salt is running scared according to you, but surely he could find a better standard of fighter to keep ticking over against?
