Mikey will be pursuing 5 divisional titles in 5 different weight classes. If he achieves this goal, then he will become the first Chicano ever to achieve such a feat. This fight has everything to do with legacy, honor, prestige, glory and patriotism for himself and the people of Mexico and of Mexican descent.

Obviously he sees something in Errol Spence that the rest of us don't see. He is targeting the youngest, least experienced, less seasoned, greenest and less skilled of the current champions at 147. Despite the physical disadvantages, Mikey feels like he is the more skilled, fundamentally sound, experienced, seasoned and more polished of the two fighters.
