Parker has proven with lacklustre performances against Ruiz, Hughie , AJ , Whyte that he was just anstrap holder not deserving to be mentioned at the top of the division and a 2nd tier HW

To be fair Ortiz did what he was supposed to do and something Parker Couldn’t do

The man your hyping up Whyte didn’t want no part of Ortiz
First knock down was a clash of heads ...Second knockdown was legit

Rocked him hard but Parker recovered crazy fast

Well worth a watch , it was scrappy at times both both gave it their all . Whyte was cooked in the 12th could hardly throw and got ****** . Still managed to see the final bell . Ballsy performance to say the least

I hope against hope that he gets another title shot/or else can find some way to get a career best pay day.
My sentiments exactly. Hope he gets the resources to help get his daughter the proper care. Hearn should give him that $5 million deal he offered Wilder for Whyte. Or let him get a shot at the lottery against AJ. The man has paid his dues.

Ortiz is just looking to cash out on his career. Can't blame the guy.

well said.... making a fight is not by shouting on twitter.
Parker had back to back fights with matchroom fighters with out running in and out of social media.
Fights are not hard to make if some truly the other side wants it.

That is yet to have remain to be seen. Povetkin has no jab, defense and eats punches. His style plays right into Ortiz' hand; Who is a natural counter puncher with exceptional timing, power and defense who keeps his chin tucked. While Sasha is throwing those winging wide hooks watch how King Kong clips him with a counter. Subsequently once his right hook left cross combination lands it's a wrap. That goes for AJ and Dillian Whyte as well.

I know. That's why he won't fight him because he is afraid of getting his ass-whooped.

The British boys are afraid of "King Kong" Luis Ortiz that's all. That's why they continue to avoid and duck him. He would have KO each and everyone one of those heavyweight bums, who fight on Matchroom's Boxing card last night at London's 02 Arena.

                    Exactly!
A bum! An old man! A has been/never-was! A drug cheat!

Now he is being tested and if he is so useless then fight him!

Until Usyk steps up King Kong is still the best pure boxer at HW - and so hats off to Wilder for fighting him and we know why Joshua would rather face Povetkin than King Kong.

If Joshua would face Ortiz in April that would be the only acceptable alternative to Wilder in my opinion.

No - not really. If Ortiz isn't the number three HW in the world at this time then who is?

As a number 3 in the class obviously he calls out the top 2 - and yes ... just like every other pro boxer the risk-reward factor is there - AJ is the cashcow at HW so yes, he will be called out by every other HW - doesn't mean they are trying to cash in their careers
