Lomachenko holds the WBA and WBO title yet they didn't even mention his name once and continued to say Mikey unified the division over 100 times.

A Unification simply means that a current titleholder is challenging another current titleholder in hopes of unifying both title belts. Thereby making him a unified champion.

Undisputed means you have all the belts.
