Does someone believe Garcia really wants Spence?

Spence is the slowest of the WW division champs. That is the only reasoning I can see behind him calling out Spence. Still doesn't make sense. Spence will hurt him. Mikey will not carry his power against a large WW.

I don't. He would do it like any of us would do step in the ring for an absurd amount of money. He would demand a 80-20 split with Spence. He couldn't even come to an agreement with Linares(Loma was able to do it) yet he is going to be able to with Spence?
