Why can't people just call it like it is. Whyte and Parker are both mediocre. The way they look during fights support that.

Credit Whyte for getting the win. He has a lot of heart. But that's where it stops. If the UK fans want to see AJ Whyte again, so be it. If UK fans don't want to see Wilder Joshua just say it. Don't mask it behind Whyte or leverage or anything else.

Let's see if we can get Whyte in there with Miller or one of the upcoming British prospects.

Please no AJ vs Whyte 2. Exact same result as the first fight. Whyte should rematch Chisora or Parker. Thats his level he'll never beat Wilder or Joshua.

Plus one more in September and Eddie will comfortably scale back his offer of 15 back to 12.5. If Wilder is lucky. The boxing world has moved on and left its champion behind. It is incredible how Wilder's career is mismanaged, but what do you expect when you have 35 co-managers and 75 promoters buzzing around? To be truly successful in this business you cant only bring fists to the table, you need to have a proper team and Wilder just doesn't get it.

The only thing is this Povetkin can really fight. I watched all his KO’s in his career. Great technique, very good power, fundamentally sound. No guarantee Joshua wins this fight. Those KO’s by Povetkin against Takam & David Price were brutal.

Give Joshua a lot of credit for not ducking this fight. But with a win against Povetkin, Joshua basically cleared out the division of all the top ranked fighters. He hasn’t fought Ortiz or Miller but who cares. He would have other good wins in his career against Povetkin, Whyte, Parker, Takam, Breazeale, & Wladimir.

Today’s fights didn’t help Wilder at all because either Parker or Whyte and Takam would have probably fought Wilder and build up his resume more. So Wilder beating 2 of those 3 fighters, whoever won from that group today, would have strengthened Wilders argument. Because 2 of those 3 fighters would have been ranked in the top ten of the HW division. But Parker & Takam will drop out of the top ten rankings now with (2) straight losses. NO ONE can make an argument for Wilder now that he deserves equal.

Top Ten HW Rankings BEFORE fights today:

            HEAVYWEIGHT DIVISION (UNLIMITED)
            1. Anthony Joshua
            2. Deontay Wilder
            3. Alexander Povetkin
            4. Joseph Parker
            5. Luis Ortiz
            6. Dillian Whyte
            7. Kubrat Pulev
            8. Jarrell Miller
            9. Dominic Breazeale
            10. Bryant Jennings

              114-111 Whyte
I was wondering this very thing about Parker last week in this forum. I thought he needed to show some fire and that he really belongs with the big boys. It's crazy, he has the tools and the punch. He seems to lack the fire and desire ...

Nice notch in the belt for Whyte.

No one has. Wilder should get 35-40%. Mandos get 25% guaranteed.

And you can't say a guy has cleaned out a division, note three fighters he hasn't fought, then just say....who cares.

The fights today proved nothing regarding Wilder Joshua. It proved Parker isnt top level. Only thing that matters is how AJ looks vs Povetkin and how Wilder looks vs Breazeale who appears to be angling for a bigger offer based on his social media posts.
