Wilder is the D side, not the C side, B side or A side, he should be grateful they are even considering him as an opponent. The WBC is not what it once was clearly, and the fact they let Bermane Stiverne and Chris Arreola fight for their vacant HW strap further highlights what a joke they've become.

If Anthony Joshua had 40 pro fights while only facing 1 decent opponent you guys would be ripping on him daily, but because it's Wilder in that position you go to painstaking lengths to legitimize his "reign" lol

Not in the least if one had the capacity to understand what I was pointing out is that I put as much stock into these alphabet organizations as a schizophrenic does in the next person they meet in their head actually is sane. See when you have an organization willing to rank at #5 HW BJ Flores that should tell you everything about the state of HW boxing....it’s garbage.

So for one to say well my guy has beaten more better guys than your guy! Based on what exactly? Your criteria? Sure, at that criteria no one wins. At the alphabet organization criteria? Lol that’s laughable actually. The same ones that put BJ Flores #5 are the same ones you place utmost confidence into to make you claim.

      Kinda sad really

The real bottom line: Joshua has a MUCH tougher resume than Mr 40 cans Wilder. End of story.

Is Areerola or Stiverne any worse then Charles Martin or Parker getting his strap from Ruiz ?

He hold the most prestigious belt

He should be grateful ? This is the biggest fight that can be made in part because of Wilder , You sound like a clown
I actually agree with you on this, but IDC whether Joshua has 1 belt or 4, he's facing better opposition than Wilder and with half the fights.

I haven't truly recognised any of the alphabelts in a decade or so, I feel the fights and the level of competition is far more indicative of success than winning belts (and especially if it's via cherrypicking, like the Charles Martin fight which was a joke)

yeah I'm trolling about Wilder being the D side, but you're really claiming he's the most popular american boxer right now? I don't agree and need to see some numbers on that, because if that IS somehow true it's not translating to his pay at all.

Fair enough and while I get your second paragraph and mostly agree with it

And yeah thisnforum is used mostly to talk sh.it ( I’m guilty as f.uck myself )

the 1st paragraph is yeah AJ has faced better opposition but I think a lot has to do with being the $ man and being able to get the fighters in the ring

And while you can’t pick apart every fighters CV , I think AJs gets to much credit for his win over Klit who hasn’t
Fought in over a year and a half and that was in a embarrassing loss to Fury and who hadn’t had a dominant performance in probably 3 years before the AJ fight

And after yesterday with Takam losing to Chisora and Parker losing to Whyte. AJ CV takes a hit as far as being head and shoulders above Wilders

Parker proved that he was just a strap holder because he hasn’t looked impressive since before he got his strap that’s almost 2 years of sub par performances ( Ruiz , Hughie , AJ , Whyte )

I said Wilders probably the most popular current American fighter because hes basically the only fighter avg 1+ million viewers on Showtime and when he fought on Fox his fights were consistently for the last 3 years some of the most watched fights in the States. He brings more people constantly to Barclays then I think any other fighter . That’s why I said he’s the most popular American fighter .

As I said, so says you. We now know Parker is trash. How he had a belt, ever ranked in top 5 and then lost the belt as fast as he got it is beyond me. Although some won’t admit it.

AJ’s signature win (the one most Brits get moist in the panties over) was against a HW 4 years past his prime and had been fighting tomato cans 5 yrs prior to that, was 41, was inactive for almost 2 years and his last loss was to a tub of lard, all you can eat buffet, mental case fat a$$. And this is who we wish to hang our hat on? Get all wet and moisty in the panties over? I don’t blame you however the press sure built it up afterwards making AJ and Klitschko soul mates in the press and the public was there to slurp it up. It was a regular day harlequin romance novel.

With those two in addition to what I already mentioned a joke of alphabet soup organizations your criteria is based on what exactly? WHAT irrefutable “FACT” do you have that makes your subjective statement substantive? Do share the “FACT”

Trump voter? LOL! Now you're saying Parker is a bum. Same Parker who would beat probably ALL of Wilder's opponents. But hey, no sense debating with you. Have fun, pal. I'm outta heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Wtf does Trump have to do with this discussion? But to answer, yes proudly. I’m not some ******* panty waste POS. I pay taxes and don’t expect everything handed to me like the Snowflake crowd. Maybe that’s the veteran in me who knows? And no Parker wouldn’t beat all of Wilder’s opp. His last opponent knocks Parker into last year. Fold place way to much stock into Parker, Whyte, Chisora. I’m not saying Wilder’s have been cream of the crop either. Both have been lousy because the HW division is garbage. Two fighters hold the top and all the rest are so far beneath the competition it’s not even worth debating.
