On the flip side, If Fury gets close to the Dortmund form he could embarrass Wilder. Or at least make the fight so ugly that it puts off a lot of US PPV casuals from following him again. Stylistically a poor technician with a good punch against an excellent technician who darent get hit may not make for the sort of spectacle that encourages repeat viewers.

Is there enough money in the fight to balance these risks? Do showtime want to guarantee that money to two guys with no PPV history? I think it's unlikely.
      Great Post as usual

Agree with almost everything you wrote , but I’ll add

I’d like to believe that 7-9 months with 2 tune ups and a fight of this magnitude would get Fury in at least decent enough shape and close to what he was with Klit

I’ve always said a fully fit Fury could beat Wilder and AJ just off pure boxing it’s be boring like the Klit fight but the only thing that matters is the W ( I know he looked like a tub of sh.it in his last fight but Even with the long layoff and being over weight and not even leaving 1st gear I personally still saw glimpses that he still has it )

For Wilder to win he would have to land one one of his a-bombs because I doubt he can outbox Fury

I think there is enough $ with UK & US PPV and everything else for it to be profitable for both fighters and Like I said the winner is the new #1 has gained massive leverage over AJ about getting a fair deal and puts some pressure on Hearn

If it’s boring will it turn away some fans , maybe but people will buy into their personalities not so much the fight itself. Mayweather was in numerous boring fights and that never hurt him when it came to people buying PPVs.

I disagree that Fury or Wilder are 1 loss away from irrelevancy both are great personalities and can be involved in other big fights regardless if they lose

Personally think it’s a win / win for both. F.uck waiting for Hearn and AJ create your own destiny.

Fury beats Wilder, no doubt, even now.

This guy is still on crack, every day its a new comment on Wilder and AJ, its as if he is ******ed and he found an angle, so he sticks with it.
Reminds me of Lenny from Of Mice and Men, all the ****** talked about was “how its gonna be”. They gonna get a fram with some cows and some pigs, and down the field some alfalfa for the rabbits. All day, everyday thats all he talked about. And we all know how Lenny story ends.....

With all bull***** aside, this goes to show you that Joshua or Betty Hearns want no parts of Wilder. They make up too many excuses and put up so many barriers to prevent this fight from happening. If I was Wilder I'll go ahead and fight Fury in America and continue to fight the top 10 heavyweights f@ck Joshua belt holding a$$. Karma will catch up to him hopefully it does vs PEDvokin!

And you idiots are standing right there with him. Meanwhile AJ the guy you all hate, is beating top ten guys, collecting all the belts and filling the stadiums...yet he catches hell??? And Wilder is running his mouth and fighting bums too and again, you guys are are for it. Pathetic. If Fury ran his legs as much as he ran his mouth, he'd be in shape by now hahahahh
Any fighter (AJ specifically) who demands and then turns down fifty million dollars guaranteed should at a minimum catch hell. In a just would, AJ would be forced to wear the cowardly lion costume from The Wizard of Oz - at least until he finds the heart to get in the ring and fight Wilder.

The man has confronted his demons and has own up to all of the mistakes he has made in the past. Not once has he ever tried to hide or cover up the truth. That takes a helluva man with character and tremendous courage to do so.

Now lets examine you AJ's fanboys by contrast. You cowards lack the moral courage and intestinal fortitude, to even acknowledge or admit that Anthony Joshua is ducking and avoiding Wilder after it has been confirmed that both his team and Eddie Hearn are protecting him.

Even despite of all the evidence to suggest that they are. Moreover, this after Joshua has confessed it with his own lips that he was indeed ducking Wilder.

Now tell me who is the real peak of delusion here? Up here trying to fuck with me
