Yea, I get it though. Saying Mikey doesn't want to fight Loma, instead of the truth, fits your agenda. Loma has already said he won't fight Mikey this year, Arum is on record saying he won't even negotiate with Mikey, when you leave all that out and act like Mikey doesn't want the fight, it makes it sound like Loma wants the fight, but Mikey doesn't.

Loma is saying he wants Beltran next. Mikey is saying he wants Spence next. Mikey already won a title at 140, making him a 4 division champ. Loma has already said he will never fight above 135.

While Loma wants someone easy like Beltran, Mikey wants the best in Spence.

But go on, and make up excuses for Loma if it makes you feel better.

last I checked spence is human he can be beat and will be beaten. who knows maybe mikey will ask for stricter drug testing and spence won't be that same killer come fight night.

If he doesn't fight Spence with the way he's been talking I'll lose what's left of the respect I had for Mikey. Spence should be easy to make with no promotional difficulties and Spence will want the fight so it's on Mikey. That said he has a history of talking certain fights and going another direction. Once, cool, but 3-4-5 times? It's on you at that point. The way Mikey's been talking about 147 and Spence he will look a little bad by not following through with it.

It's obvious he's just name dropping to build interest in fights with much lesser foes and to get fans on his side to detract from his not fighting elite fighters. "Oh Mikey want's this fight or that fight props on his courage", but his actions very seldom match his words and he's become probably the most annoying fighter in the game regarding this.

I used to be a big fan of his way back but over time have grown tired to the point I've just lost interest. I'll watch on TV maybe tomorrow but the fight is on my doorstep and I don't feel any impulse to bother going nor do any of my friends that I go to the fights with and we go to all the local fights (even travel out of state often for fights) but nobody is interested and this is a unification (Mikey's 1st and only his 2nd ever title defense).

He's a good fighter maybe even a pound for pound top 10 but meh. If he does prove me wrong then he'll get broken down and destroyed by Spence and probably retire. Maybe that's better than being shut out by Lomachenko to him? At least there's an excuse I guess.

Look, Loma’s been saying he wants to fight Garcia. Nobody fights the top ranked guy after an injury. So, he knows that Beltran has a belt, and can be beat. Let him get that belt, Mikey hopefully gets the belt from bugs bunny, and then they unify. Unfortunately Loma has that ****sucker Arum as his promoter. If it weren’t for Arum, this fight would definitely be made. For me, that’s a fight. What’s more of a question for me is why isn’t anyone talking about, for me, he has all the tools to kick all their asses.

Loma has shown a lot of interest in wanting to be great there’s no doubt In my mind he’d take the fight I can’t say the same about a lot of his fans though. Im not expecting him to take it next coming off surgery. If I had to choose who’s wants the fight less I’d say Garcia. It’s easier to lose to a big guy like Spence than it is to lose to a smaller Lomachenko.

I don't even like the talk of Mikey vs spence, I want to see Mikey vs Loma plain and simple. I can't wait for Mikey vs Easter I got my tickets. Wish it was at stub hub though hate staples center btw. Mikey should win, but Easter gonna make it interesting.

Nah bro. I already received a similar response yesterday from someone who pointed out to me that Loma said he would prefer Beltran that Garcia, which really surprised me. He also showed me several things that changed my mind about the whole thing.

Post Salido were all easy predictable wins wherever Mickey could find them. Not by coincidence but by design. Mickey put a lot of thought into his chosen opponent and hand picked each and every one of them. Again, not by coincidence but by design.


BTW, Loma is small enough but not a guarantee and Spence is an insult.
