Mikey is right though! The whole undefeated thing is overated, I have much more respect for a fighter that wants a challenge, rather than to keep his o

A fighter can reason anything the way he wants to in his mind... when he's OUTSIDE the ring. You can't do that INSIDE the ring. The reality is just too abrupt... to real. With that, yes I think Mikey is a great fighter. It's good to see someone in such a solid workmanlike style, slowly and methodically overcoming their opponents. Can he beat Spence? I don't know. Brook sure was beating Spence until the eye injury.
IMO though, Mikey needs to do some solid title defenses at 135 to 140 for now. He's still young, and will likely grow as a fighter. Spence is the boogeyman right now. Let him take some incoming shots and get beat up a bit, just a little. And let Mikey grow a bit as a fighter. Then seriously consider Spence in maybe a couple years.
Just my 37 cents worth.
