Wilder will beat Ortiz faster in a second go around.

That's not a dagger Luis, it's your high blood pressure acting up. You better go take your meds.

I see no reason Ortiz couldn't make a second fight as entertaining (ignore those first few rounds) as the first. He is still dangerous, and has not been in a ton of wars so while aging he is not worn down. Of course he is going to start declining, but he threw everything he had at Wilder and he would do it again.

Ortiz is still a solid #3 HW for me, ahead of Parker, Whyte, and light years ahead of what is left of Tyson Fury.

I can’t believe no one was talking about a second fight right after the first one. It was a great fight. Old man almost whipped him. I think if they fought 3 times the old man would whip him one.
Wilder should stay clear of him.
Love to see AJ fight him though.

He deserves a rematch. Aside from the knockdowns, he was out boxing the hell out of Wilder.

Ha i dont think it's hard to outbox Wilder but staying away from his big right hand for 12 is another story altogether.

Ortiz could do it in a rematch I believe. He's a smart fighter even at his age.

He might be smart but 99% of Wilders fights have succumbed to a knock out.
Going by the percentage i cant see Ortiz with a chance.

Well he sure as hell has a chance. He gave Wilder by far the toughest fight of his career. Of course he has a chance. I'd rather see that fight later this year than Breazeale.
