I hate to break it to you all, but Garcia doesn't stand a chance against Spence. Spence is bigger and stronger. He's precise and patient. He's not some homerun swinger, the guy is methodical and calm in the ring. Garcia can't step up to that caliber of fighter and expect anything than to get beat down. Besides, Garcia is a paper champ. He hasn't really fought anyone. He's fought Broner, but let's face it, people around here and everywhere else think Broner is overrated anyways. He should've put Lipinets away easily. What happened? Goes the distance. I'm sorry Mikey, but test yourself against real fighters first. Get past Easter and then discuss who you want next. People will see who he really is as a fighter after the Easter fight.

No,just no. A good big fighter will always beat a good smaller fighter. Spence will literally walk through everything that Mikey throws,and beat him into submission. Stick to 135 and avoid a career changing beating.

Mikey schools loma, and possibly ko's him....At least he's looking for challenges. Loma has this guy named Arum as his promoter, if Arum doesnt want to let Loma fight, Mikey has a much larger challenge and bigger fight.

Gotta praise Garcia for daring to be great, but in all likelihood a fight between him and Spence would be a mirror image of the Canelo/Khan and GGG/Brook fights, he’d have success early before ultimately getting clipped.

Other than for the $$$ he has no business at 147 imo.

This is the type of fight that can ruin a fighter. Spence is big for the class and has on-par boxing ability with Mickey. Mickey isn't really fast either, so that advantage of being smaller is negated. You'll get a great amount of credit for clearing out your division so there is no point of extending hisself 2 classes higher

I don't see what the big deal is. Garcia is a master boxer and if he can't hurt Spence, he can just out box him. He's capable from what I have seen.

Mikey may ko Loma but nobody "schools" Loma. The dude is a technical marvel. Mikey is the bigger stronger man and is likely to land his heavy shots but outbox him he won't do.

Mikey is going to need to beat a credible welterweight in order for this to be worthwhile for Spence. As of now, Spence is in a lose lose situation with this fight because as good as he is, Mikey will be perceived to be the smaller man who's in over his head. I say may Mikey vs Danny Garcia should Danny beat porter.
