How good is Robert Easter Jr?

On paper Garcia is a big favorite and most would pick Garcia to win comfortably, but Easter is quite tall for his weight class. I'm thinking a lightweight who's almost 6 feet tall should be dangerous for anyone.

Does he fight tall? Does he use his height and reach advantage?
