Russians are not slavics. There are no slavics. Slavic means slave. This word used Rome and Byzantine. USSR used slav for political goals. USSR used slav for people who write in Cyrrilic. We gave them Cyrrilic and Christian. They gave us dead and "socialism".

    • I expected a close, hard fight but Usyk did a bit of a matador performance by utilizing his height and movement. He reminded me of a 200 lb Lomachenko which was what I had hoped from Gvozdyk a couple months ago. It is Usyk though has crashed the elite.

I think Usyk could be on equal weight ground vs Wilder pretty easily without sacrificing too much on on speed and prolly gain a little in power... But yeah, not the heaviest hands in P4P I agree...

Now tell me: How in the world could a deficient technician with hardly any balance and stance like Wilder could even catch an always moving 220 lbs Lomachenko ? He might, doe chances are he won't...

Still a nice subject for a thesis ...

        • Usyk was remarkable. Bellew literally stands no chance. I wouldn't give him much chance against Gassiev, but Usyk is just a different level.

Usyk prolly came in at 210 - 215 ... Shorter? sure... Smaller? not so much... Add to that Wilder completely fooked up weight distribution and thus balance and you have a receipe for him knocking out himself against a 225 lbs Lomachenko...

I mean... A pretty average Polish guy had no problem making him miss for several rounds and even made him visit the floor on his own... face down ... twice ...

I think Wilder's belt is achievable for Usyk in a foreseeable future... But that's just me...

He can go up, and lure Jennifer in... Might take some time, but at some point Jennifer will take the bait... I'd put my house on Usyk, no prob....

He's got to be top5 P4P. I know Crawford did this at LWW but that was generally considered a weak 140 division whereas when the WBSS was announced everyone agreed that CW was one of the most competitive divisions.
