You know now that you mentioned, I think they want to make it a rivalry similar to Oscar vs Floyd, and coincidentally they are Oscar's and Floyd's Pupils, Honestly although Garcia is obviously the most popular (media wise) he needs a dance partner, and in my opinion Gervonta being the best of the division is the perfect combination to make a PPV fight and get good dividends.
