Joshua's trainer was getting sick and tired of waiting around so they went into training camp before he even knew who he was fighting.

After the Parker fight, Eddie was quoted as saying that Joshua needed at least one more fight before fighting Wilder; Right after AJ pronounced before 80,000 fans at Cardiff that he would knock Wilder the spark out. Also, Barry Hearn said that he would wait for at least another twelve months before fighting Deontay Wilder because it was too dangerous and risky of a fight.

Eddie was going to do the fight in Oct or Nov but Wilder walked away because Hearn hadn't quite got round to getting an exact date and venue. So no, that isn't a lie. If so, prove it?
