Trust me, if he really wanted to fight Deontay Wilder badly enough. The WBA would have been more than happy to have given him an extension but he didn't want that work.

You prized moron, the WBA had already given Hearn extensions. So no, they weren't going to give any more time without a signed contract.

There's a contract waiting to be signed for a fight in April, but Deontay has come out with even more ridiculous demands to throw a spanner in the works. That isn't the behaviour of someone who wants the fight. It's the behaviour of someone trying to postpone their execution.
