Personally I think it was about money. He didn't want to give such a huge chunk of his purse anymore as I think this last part of his career is about the dough.

From what I've observed and gathered, after the horn robbery roach didn't really protest the decision. Teddy atlas did a better job of defending Pacquiao. Instead of having his fighter's back, roach instead said Pac should retire.

Pacquiao is a world class championship prizefighter. He is a pureblood alpha, and it's all about respect.

You know what's funny? In pacquiao's corner, if you speak tagalog, buboy usually talks first in tagalog, and then when roach speaks after buboy, he says the exact same thing in english, buboy was saying in tagalog lol
