Why take a flat fee when the last guy who doesn't bring as much to the table as you got 35%? Joshua will have a rematch clause for the fight and that split would already be determined before the first fight.

Why don't they want to offer Wilder the same split?
Hearn already said that if Wilder wins they has to give a rematch right away, but don't have to if Joshua wins. Wilder accepted those terms only if he was next. They don't want it.
