Klitschko has been past his prime for 4 years, his fight prior to AJ was a loss to the Goodyear blimp and he hadn’t boxed for 2 years. While somewhat dangerous he was still well well past his prime. Povetkin was only good when he was juiced up but again not a known boxer. And Parker? Prior to fighting AJ no one had heard of this guy and the fight was a snooze fest. But I’ll go back to he was a no name.

Rankings mean squat in the HW division at present because the division up and down is bad. It’s garbage actually. Here let’s compare the last era...Tyson era.... the names I name everyone knew. In addition each of these would mop up every boxer in this current division minus AJ and Wilder. I’m talking wipe Parker, Whyte, both Furys, Potevkin every damn boxer today that’s HW

        Tyson
        Lewis
        Holyfield
        Golatta
        Botha
        Bruno
        Seldon
        Ruddock
        Tillman
        Bruno
        Biggs
        Berbick
        Bowe
        Moorer
That's all great and I don't necessarily disagree with what you have written. It just doesn't really have a lot to do with what I asked... "Currently, what other HW boxer out there would you suggest is better?" I (and probably other real boxing fans) knew who Parker was before he fought AJ and regarding the rankings, I only mentioned that to highlight the difference between what AJ has fought, compared to Wilder.
The likes of Tyson and Holyfield, etc. were undoubtedly a far more accomplished group of fighters than we see today but again, it has nothing to do with the list of current fighters available - they are the history of boxing!
Just to clarify, i'm not all together sure that AJ beats Wilder, Wilder does have that KO ability; and for the record, I also think that Wilder could or even should be a far bigger star than he is today but they can only fight whats in front of them and it is abundantly obvious that Wilder's opponents have been specifically chosen for a reason.

          Parker
          Whyte
          Takam

          And in the mind of Wilder fans;

          Ortiz
          Stiverne
          Washington
          Klitschko
          Molina

And before anyone tries to argue, go read Bread’s article from this week where a Wilder fan tries to claim Washington is a better win than Klitschko....
Wilders record is pure comedy gold .

He fought THREE guys with winning records his first 10 fights .

Joshua first big fight was fight 15 who was Whyte undeafeated while Wilder fought a guy who was 15 and 6 on a five fight losing streak .

Joshua wins a world title at fight 16 against anothe undefeated fighter while in Wilders 16th fight he fights Reggie Pena who had 6 wins and 6 losses . lol

Joshua then fights unbeaten Breazeale at fight 17 who is Wilders next fight in 40 plus fights . Meanwhile Wilder in his 17th fight takes on Damon Reed who had 15 losses .....the combined losses of Wilders last 4 opponents from this one is 65 losses . lol

Joshua was supposed to fight Klitchko in his 18th fight , who did Wilder go after while Joshua was on his second title defense ?

You guessed it ? Domonique Alexander who was 20 wins and 11 losses i think he was a cruiser weight to ? lol

Joshua defeats Klitchko next and we know the rest , Wilder fought Dan Cota ?......WHO ? Exactly .

O.K i'll stop there bc picking Wilder apart only gets easier !

Think Whyte will get very frustrated in this fight and end up making mistakes. Parker's not quite big enough to be at the very top of the division, but he's a very good boxer with great speed and decent power.

Whyte can take a good shot, but I see Parker winning a UD

Seriously who has Whyte ever stopped to make anybody think he stops any genuine credible opponents, honestly who has he even beat let alone stopped ?

The man is Chisora level at best may be a shade above in terms of power but ability their is no margin between them. Whyte loses to the like of Parker, Pulev, Duhaupas, Povetkin hell even Mike Perez. He’s simply just not very good.

You guys are aware this is a Parker and Whyte thread right ? Nobody on the forum wants to read you guys menstruating about your British pop queen or Alabaman disco dancing friend. It’s ttiresome their is a master thread, get yourselves off and go and keep to yourselves whilst real boxing fans talk boxing, you guys can go and fan boy it up about purses and percentage splits to each other.

"In my fight he was on the back foot and I boxed clever because I'm trying to set up the next fight with [Deontay] Wilder …but I feel like Dillian has got nothing to lose, everything to gain. He's going to go in there guns blazing and try and knock out Parker ASAP."

Sounds like he fought scared to me lol which is why did a lap backwards when Parker came after him lol

Regardless of how strong/weak the division is at this particular time in history he is still fighting top fighters. It's not his fault that there isn't more stiff competition.
It's sickening how #gay4AJ you are.
