      only on boxingscene
Please, Pac is not a welterweight champion. He is second place in the WBA. There are already 18 divisions, each with 4 real belts. We already have too many belts to start labeling #1 contenders "champions". ABC's do that to get the ignorant to watch. Real boxing fans know, that Thurman is still the WBA champ. At least until they strip him for inactivity.

thurman hasnt fought in over a year, until he returns pacquiao is the wba champion. thats who the wba will be recieving fees from.

and that's not my point. my point is pacquiao is a welterweight and has been for over a decade.

Crawford is ready and willing. but pacquiao would rather chase a lightweight and dudes are applauding it.

i dont give af if pac is the wba champ or not, he is a welterweight and there are plenty of welterweights to fight.

thats the point of my post buddy, not ABC politics

Isn't Loma the same height as Pacquiao?

Plus all of Pacquiao's weight is in his calves so the two guys probably have similar frames

... Arum's propositions are "passing the torch" fights he would like to have... Pac said he still has 2-3 fights left... then no Loma or Crawford...

not living in 2010 at all.. even this 39 year old version of pac can still crack a punch as seen on the way bigger guy like jeff horn.

do you think loma will be able to take in those shots from pac and continue on fighting like his usual self?

loma got dropped by linares and even though it was more of a flash knockdown, he's gonna have a lot of those if he goes up against manny. only difference is, he might not get back up from one of those shots.

similar in height and weight but the difference is, manny is more accustom to the higher weight. this is why this will be a dangerous fight for loma.

Maybe Loma can demand Pac be calf-weight drained, his calves have to be below a set circumference

Pac loses to Crawford even if both were in their prime. Can't imagine anything good coming to him if he fights Bud now. And yeah...I said it. Crawford wins even if Pac is in his prime. He is too short for a guy like Bud.
