Even though that had been part of negotaitions for weeks without a peep from Pac. Pac said he was scared of needles. Floyd said you have tattoo's. Then Pac said he was superstitious and would never give blood less than 30 days before a fight.
Then Floyd said, you were on t.v. giving blood 24 days before your last fight. And Pac said he will only fight by the rules of the NSAC. Floyd reminded Manny that Manny had demanded a $10 million penalty for every pound overweight a fighter might be. Manny then signed to fight Clottey.
Floyd asked for a fight with Pac after that, and Pac said he was waiting on a new stadium to be built.
But yes, Floyd knew Manny was either scared of needles, superstitious, or waiting for new stadiums to be built. lmao.

Imagine if next week, Santa Cruz jumped up to ww, and ko'd Porter, went to 140 and ko'd Prograis, and then back to ww and ko'd DSG or Spence. And then he was offered a record payday- by tens of millions of dollars- and refused because he said he was scared of needles.
When you refuse to take ped tests, you can't fail a ped test. That doesn't mean you are clean, it means you turned down a record payday because you were too scared to fight with ped testing.

Floyd called WADA and had them come to his house. They said he was dehydrated and set up the iv and stayed there the entire time to ensure everything was legal. Floyd called WADA, and WADA helped administer it.
