He didn't even turn down a years worth of salary there, that's like 2 fights and the earning from his annual endorsement deals.

Wilder in comparison just turned down more money than he'll ever likely make.

1 years pay vs a lifetimes pay, context can be a wondrous thing.

What makes me laugh is that he thinks wilder Vs fury is a super fight.

      Tyson fury.. is.... Not....a....draw...

His comeback sated curiosity. That's it. Everyone afterwards had a bitter taste left in the mouth. It was a joke fight and a joke event.

Fury was failing to sell 14k for Klitschko 2 in Manchester!!! His home town FFS.

What on earth possesses anyone to think that wilder Vs Fury is a super fight is beyond me.

So Joshua has to lose 2 or 3 fights to even come to a 50 / 50 split ?

I guess the fight aint going to happen ! lol

I hope Breazeale catches Wilder and leaves him flat on his back for a ten count bc in reality a Wilder loss might be the quicker way the buffoon takes the fight as a non champion .

Wilder will go down as the worst champion in HW history that is by far the safest bet here , hes also easily the most agitating champion in the last 3 decades !

Still not remotely as bad as his fan base which wont be missed after he loses !

          It's not a 50/50% fight.

AJ was reported to have earned $13 million for the Klitschko fight. UK fans insist he'll make $25 million for the Povetkin fight. Where is all this extra revenue coming from?

If 50 million was such a ****ty offer, why did AJ insist he'd sign tomorrow if he was given 50 million?

Simply not true. Wilder likely makes 4-5 million per fight. He'll quickly make 15 million without having to go to enemy territory on an insulting flat fee.

$13million was the guaranteed purse, he made more than that. Ticket prices will be higher, they've been increasing since the Klitschko fight. PPV buys are going up, he done just under 1.5million for the Parker fight. Also I suspect DAZN are going to sign him on a multi fight deal.

Do you realize how ****** you look criticizing Wilder for turning down a "career high pay day" when AJ himself just turned down a career high pay day?

How much more biased could you be?

And while AJ turned down the 50 million he himself said he'd immediately accept, Wilder actually accepted the low ball flat fee, only for Hearn to refuse to keep his promise to do the fight next.

Hearn claimed the Klitschko fight did just over 1.5 million buys. So that would mean PPV buys have gone down, not up. And if they've gone down, how is AJ making $25 million per fight?

                    Biased? Coming from you?

I'm simply stating facts. Don't turn salty.

                    Offers for Wilder:

v Whyte $4m plus US TV money
v Whyte $5m plus US TV money
                    vs Joshua $12.5m/Wembley/Sept 15th
                    vs Joshua $15m/Wembley/Sept 22nd
                    vs Joshua $15m/Cardiff/Oct-Nov

These are facts son. Wilder has turned down 5 career high paydays when he only makes $2.1m per fight currently.

If you take the Klitschko fight out of the equation, because it was a mega event, then his PPV buys are going up. The Klitschko fight was his Canelo/Mayweather, the numbers hes now doing would be like Canelo equalling the buys for the Mayweather fight when he fought Lara. 1.5million is now the judging point on if it done good or bad.

You aren't gunna know how much Joshua is making for his next fights until his new deals are announced. He's entering his prime money making years with his next deals, hes going to be compensated well.
