He can do all the old exercises, buboy knows them, he's gonna suffer when he has to rely on Buboys actual boxing knowledge and understanding the craft. ie when WARd fought Kov, he knew from his coach/trainer knowledge and studying of Kov, that none of his KO's came when someone was close to him, and at a certain range where he was less effective either, so he knew where to stand and trade and when to box. Buboy is gonna be shouting "Hit him harder colonel"
