Jedward is a good example because they might be a big deal in the UK but nobody knows them elsewhere in the world. Similar to Joshua who is only packing stadiums in his own backyard.
But I get the impression that Joshua doesn't need support..
or even an opponent. British fans seem like they'd pay to
watch him read poetry. This is not even about boxing anymore. Joshua's popularity among British fans has begun to look like an unhealthy obsession. They really don't care WHO he fights. They've all got a crush. You see more boasting about how much money he makes than about his skills.

He should’ve taken the $3 million plus TV (probably would’ve made it $6 million) to fight a tougher matchup for $2.1 million because Hearn wouldn’t accept his request for more $$$.

Now Hearn should make him an offer of $12.5 million again and tell him to take it or leave it.
