A good move for both sides. Could hit a sticking point in regards to the BJS fight, but hopefully not.

I guess it's a good move but it feels like there is some hidden flaw in Andrade that only he knows about and that he is terrified of being exposed. I can't understand why he would torpedo every potentially big fight attached to his name other than a real lack of confidence.

Good move for Andrade. I hope to see him more active now.

I think Andrade believes he can fight canelo, ggg, or charlo since hearn isnt apart of the pbc/gbp/top rank standoff.

but i have the strangest feeling that he wont get a fight with any of the 3.

he better go full steam ahead after bjs. As a Andrade supporter, Im tired of all the what ifs. the wbo just handed you a big fight. now take it and go be great

I think Hearn might take a gamble and try to get that Saunders Andrade fight on DAZN in the US, either try to negotiate with Warren and overpay BJS or put out a huge purse bid, that belt is a lottery ticket for a potential GGG/Canelo showdown, if Jacobs wins vs Derev Hearn and Andrade gets the W for Saunders (probably only possible in the US, winning a controversial decision) he would have 2 major belts with huge potential paydays.

Yup, if Andrade beats Saunders. And if Jacobs can't get a Canelo or Triple G fight. You know Hearn is going to make Jacobs vs. Andrade in a unification fight for the IBF and WBO belts.

I can see some depressing shit happening like Saunders-DeGale at a catchweight, Andrade fights the African guy for interim belt, then BJS comes back down and unifies with GGG/Canelo winner which would leave Andrade waiting in line for who knows how long.

But if it goes to purse bid yeah I do think Hearn would overpay. Andrade is gonna be one the best new guys he has for DAZN so it seems important to get this one in the US. If Andrade wins he's in a great position for future fights, if he loses it'll be an uphill battle to get another shot before he's past prime so worth home advantage as BJS-Andrade seems like it will be close, cagey, disputed scores.

Andrade fighting at least 2 tune-up fights before taking a real fight.

                      Count on it.
