The diehard Manny fans will always try to claim any small victory they can since the fight happened and they lost. In their minds, Floyd refused to fight Manny. They don't count anything Manny did to prevent the fight from happening.

Him getting KTFO by JMM is their unicorn-they can claim JMM was dirty and then claim floyd didn't fight him until he saw JMM ko him, ignoring the fact Manny fought JMM for less than he would've made fighting Floyd.

In the end one guy fought a MMA fighter for $250 mil in a huge event and retired. the other guy is fighting on ESPN+ for a bogus ww title, avoiding the top guys in the division and chasing checks.

pretty much spot on I don't know why I get roped in to debating with them you only have to see the guy on here who has played the fight back at 0.25 speed and posted the reactions of some random fans in spain in an attempt to claim victory I guess you can't blame them all the smack talk for years building up to the fight it must hurt them

im pretty sure manny didnt want no part of floyd in mayweathers peak either turning down drug testing and a 40mill offer which would have been his biggest purse ever at that moment

if floyd fought pac during that time, it would have been the most floyd's ever made in one fight too! so??

let's just keep it 100. whether you believe if floyd was avoiding or not or if you believe pac was avoiding or not, just look at both of their character when this fight was heating up.

floyd made a racist rant video on manny, then the video posted above where he clearly says he's fine if the manny fight never happen, etc.

pac has never made any of those statements when asked about a floyd fight. pac has always said he wants it.

Most of them watched Manny, not really boxing, so they kept watching him win by KO and just assumed that would continue n matter who he fought.

When anyone brought up reach, speed, balance, cutting off the ring or any technical aspects they wouldn't hear it.

But it's over and done. The better man won. Just accept it and move on.

Not mad at all. I just like taking shots at Manny and his diehard fans because you guys get so emotionally charged whenever I do.

I also enjoy watching all of the excuses. You guys will go on for hours and hours and the same 3 things never change:

1. Manny refused to fight in 2009/10 over ped testing/cutoff
2. He got fake stitches once Floyd got his jail start date extended after Arum claimed he was "ready to go"
3. Manny turned down $40 mil, no PPV and then got KTFO by JMM

You can point out videos, texts, roger and floyd sr quotes, anything and everything but nothing will ever change the 3 things above, no matter what lengths you go to justify Manny's actions.

In the end the better man won and that is what I think really bothers a lot of Manny fans the most.

That’s exactly how it happened, but the haters will swallow this revisionist version of history like it’s true! Plus Qwackman lost to Morales, and a few others in his prime but somehow Floyd couldn’t have done what lesser fighters did. The crap is laughable!
