omg you can't really be this ******.

when you don't get a fight signed by the deadline, they order a purse bid. if you don't get the fight signed 15 minutes before they open the envelopes, they highest envelope is binding.

so the WBA "deadline" didn't mean hearn couldn't sign a wilder fight. it simply meant if the deadline passed, the WBA would start getting ready for a purse bid. hearn would still have plenty of time to sign povetkin or hearn before the purse bid actually takes place.

the WBA couldn't have stripped AJ for the deadline passing. the worsr thing they could have done was ordered a purse bid a couple weeks later. sorry hearn tricked you about why wilder couldn't sign friday.

If it was BS, you would have been able to counter my points instead of ignoring them.

I did counter your points. I posted links to the WBA order and it didn't say what you are claiming it said.

Now how about you posting some evidence to back up your points?

You say the WBA are not legally allowed to strip a champion for not fighting his mando without first ordering a purse bid. So post links to where it says that in the WBA rule book.

You can't strip a champion because the mando refused to sign a voluntary deal! There is absolutely nothing in the rules that would allow the champion to be stripped because the mando refused to sign and your position is so ridiculous because purse bids exist solely to address the situation you're claiming wouldn't necesitate one.

If the champion does not sign a bout contract within the required twenty
            (20) day period after the bid award, or refuses otherwise to participate in the bout for the winning
promoter, he shall be considered in violation of these Rules, and may have his title vacated.

That is the language that allows the stripping of a champion for not facing his mando. If there's no voluntary arrangement, it goes to purse bid. To suggest they can strip the champion because the mando didn't sign without a purse bid is not only hilarious, it shows you have absolutely no idea how this sport even works.
