Apples to Oranges maybe ?
If we’re honest with ourselves we realize that most fights (Of notable fighters at least) r eventually made by one fighter calling another out publicly first. This sorta takes the temperature to see if the other side is even interested.
If interest is warm or hot then negotiations start and after most things r agreed apon verbally, then initial contracts r sent over.
Mikey has gone as far as to ambush this guy’s interviews and he still won’t even even commit verbally to fighting Mikey at a later date.
HAD I heard him say that after he heals the shoulder he was gonna take a tune up fight, then fight Mikey I’d be impressed, but we can’t even get that much commitment out of him.
