Matthysse has always gotten more credit then IMO he deserves so I think he would surely get credit for beating Thurman.

If he beats Manny, I think it is fair to say he beat an old Manny whether you give him full credit or not.

If Thurman(Super WBA Champ) would fight and beat Manny or Mathysse(WBA Regular Champion),instead of just having one champion, the WBA would then order another fight between two contenders for the WBA Regular title again. Arum still wants his passing of the torch fight so I doubt he'll sacrifice his fading legend to a rival promotions. If Pacquaio wins, he'll probably fight Crawford, seeing as how Loma is too small to fight Pac.
