Still dangerous for Pacquiao - who tends to relax in clinches(Watch Rios fight for example, when he was holding - getting hit with free hand - and looking at ref for help)... and Matthysse has that weird heavy hands with even arm-shots form him looking solid.

I don't like Bayless as a ref ever since he completely spoiled Mayweather - Maidana rematch, but I don't think he's going to be big factor here. Both guys will be glad to get a break once falling in, imo.

he does that against guys he knows can't hurt him or when he feels he has his opponent beaten and feels like he has the fight in the bag. I doubt he'll do that against lucas because he knows lucas can really hurt him if he lands a good shot. I agree with you about lucas not bullying PAC. 1 lucas does not have a size advantage and 2 he's not a fighter who bullies his opponents he's a clean fighter who is a boxer puncher and a better boxer than most people give him credit for. I believe PAC will win by a late round stoppage.
