I understand why some would draw the conclusion, but I doubt Loma would ever fake an injury. It's not in him to do it, at least from my personal judgment.

Don’t see Loma faking an injury and I do recall him in the corner pointing out his shoulder
Don’t think Loma (especially with his father by his side ) putting up bullchit excuses or going along with Arum
Great to see him back so early and hopefully continues to fight real contenders
Just wanna see how he comes back from the Linares fight ; does he progress or downfall

seems like his shoulder healed faster than everyone thought, said his doctor. and from Loma's insta, they are thinking to put him in a ring at the end of summer, Aug 25th.

definately good news, he should have an easy, warm-up fight.

Fake surgery, lets not act like we've never seen this in Boxing before.

But he has today revealed that he injured his right shoulder in the second round of his 10th-round stoppage of the Venezuelan and will undergo surgery to repair a torn labrum, a tissue in the shoulder socket that helps stabilise the joint.

Lomachenko’s promoter Bob Arum said: ”The shoulder popped out and then popped back in so he was able to finish the fight, but when he went back home it was hurting him and so he got an MRI in the Ukraine, and it showed the tear.

“A typical tear usually goes from about 2 o'clock if you're looking at the face of a clock down to about 6 o'clock. His goes almost all the way around.

“I would say he has significant instability of his right shoulder."

Lomo said he's had this injury for a while, but now it's in the Linares fight: NOT TRUE.

Shoulder popping out of socket from a torn labrum: NOT TRUE. Lomo would have shown signs of this in the fight because it hurts like a bítch.

You can have a DISLOCATION, but thats far different that popping out of the socket. Thats more of a ligament issue.

Vasiliy Lomachenko has operated on an accelerated schedule since he turned pro in 2013. According to Lomachenko, he'll take the same ambitious approach to returning from shoulder surgery. Loma is a warrior, hopefully somebody from his team is advising him to take it easy for once!

Can't wait to see him fight again, he's an absolute joy to watch and takes on challenges and wants to fight the best, what more do you want from him besides fighting Mikey Garcia?!
