weak Matty is a QUITTER just wants a paycheck before Quitting

Paq picked Matty because Matty is a weak 2nd tier boxer who loses well and quits better. This is a joke fight for the joke Paq and that fat slob Buboy the buffet king of the Pinnes. Matty has no business fighting any top 10 boxer.

Lol, not even. Some well respected boxing rankings have Matthysse as a top 10 welterweight while Alvarado (Pacquiao's would be opponent) is ranked in the 40's. Matthysse isn't top 3 or 5 but the fact that some rankings have him in their top 10's only shows what type of fighter Pacquiao is. At 39 Pacquiao is aware of his declining abilities but is still challenging himself at this stage.

As a die hard Pacquiao fan I admit that I'm scared for him in this one. I can see him looking good early and winning more rounds but getting caught at some point and getting KTFO.

        Hope I'm wrong.

He really should be careful. One good solid hit to the chin and i think pac goes down. Power is the last one to go when a fighter ages and matthysse still have it.
Pac’s chin is not what it used to be. He used to eat solid punches from cotto marquez but now he can’t do that. Even Bradley stunned him and that was 2014.

I really hope pac rides into the horizon with a win.

i think you guys are looking too hard into the marquez ko. that punch would have put anyone down.

i know pac is not who he used to be, but i think his chin is still some what solid. the punch he took from the bradley fight is no different than any of the punches he's taken, even early on in his career.

when bradley landed, it kinda popped manny back, but check out the earlier marquez fight when marquez landed that punch that made manny do the stanky leg. he didnt go down but that punch still made him jump up off the canvas just like the punch from bradley.

if his chin is that far gone, he wouldnt have survive for this long. after the marquez ko, he's taken solid full on punches from rios, bradley, vargas, horn, etc. although those guys arent known for being heavy puncher, my point is that if manny's chin is that far gone then he would have went down from any of those punches from those guys mention.

look at guys like roy jones, that's the definition of a chin that's been cracked, when you're getting ko by nobody. until this happens to manny, his chin is still there.

The fact that fight fans are giving Matthysse a chance just shows that Manny chose a tough fight. Had it been Alvarado I guarantee most fans would have Pacquiao as the strong favorite.

Yeah, it’s officially on ESPN+ which is the $5 a month app. I guess Arum couldn’t help but get people to pay money for this even if it’s only $5 a month. A part of me wants to try the app out though to see what all the fuss is about. I’ll likely just do the free trial for this fight though & see how I like it.
