dont be shocked if canelo pulls out of the fight...

its going to dawn on him soon the amount of pressure hes under for this fight. if he looks worse than 1st fight, people are gonna look at the lack of PEDS as the reason for it and call into question his previous performances. He knows he wasnt good enough to beat him even when pumped full of all sorts of ****, so when his performances in the gym decrease its gonna hit him that hes in a world of trouble.

hes not ******, he knows hes not good or tough enough to stand and trade with golovkin. the only thing he can do in that ring is run, retreat to the ropes and avoid getting hurt, like first time around. But real mexicans wont accept that and he knows it. Real mexicans know the way he 'fought' last time was disgraceful.

The pressure will get too much for him and he'll pull out with an injury, mark my words.

I think the $$$ will be a motivating factor to go ahead with it even if he does get seen to be a fraud.
Saying that though Canelo has huge talent and pride.
He will fight GGG and get knocked out with his chin held high.

Come on man you’re reaching, I’m no Canelo fan and I thought he lost the first fight but if you think he is wired like normal guys like you then he wouldn’t be where he is right now.

          Rich and famous.

He turned pro at 15, he’s no pus sy.

No offense intended but your reaching.

I would be shocked if he pulled out of the fight unless it was a legit injury in training and they postponed the fight.

first you said he wouldnt rematch ggg after a one year layoff, he gives up a big pct of the purse in order to make it happen and now you come with this crap...
lets just be honest, if anyone pushed for the rematch to happen right away it was canelo, ggg did not seem to care...
you are a good poster, but when it comes to ggg, he really drags you down...

Not sure where you're coming up with this? Golovkin wanted an immediate rematch in December & was even willing to fight in Texas. It was Canelo who said he wouldn't fight again until May while GBP wanted to weigh the options if Lemieux beat Saunders, even Jacobs & Cotto that both fought last December. This is why the rematch negotiations were drawn out once again & weren't signed until January because both Lemieux & Cotto lost, even Jacobs didn't look good, it backed GBP into a corner with no other options.

Loeffler says he can’t have Golovkin’s boxing career put on hold by Canelo and Golden Boy for fight that might not happen for May 5, which is when the redheaded Mexican star wants to fight again. Golden Boy CEO Oscar De La Hoya has further complicated the rematch efforts by Loeffler with his comments about wanting to wait and see what happens with December 16 fight between WBO middleweigh champion Billy Joe Saunders and David Lemieux.

De La Hoya also says he wants to see the results of the Miguel Cotto vs. Sadal Ali fight on December 2, and the November 11th fight between Danny Jacobs and Luis Arias. With De La Hoya not definitely committing Canelo to the rematch with Golovkin, it puts Loeffler in a tough position of where he can both wait and hope that Golden Boy does the rematch or he can start looking schedule an opponent for Golovkin for March or April.
Loeffler: "If it were up to us, that fight would have been signed a month ago and we would be promoting it - but I think we are still on time, if we manage to settle the terms in what remains of December, to carry out a good promotion if May 5 is confirmed as the date to carry out the fight. Gennady wants to fight before May but, if they commit to a rematch, we'll have to see if that makes sense. We can't put Gennady's career on hold but [a rematch] is the priority. If there's a rematch Dallas should be at the top of the list."

De La Hoya: "If Lemieux Wins - Canelo Fight Possible if No Golovkin."

Canelo: "Look, right now I wanna rest. Whatever the fans want, whatever the people want and ask for, we’ll do. You know that’s my style. But right now, who knows if it’s in May or September?"
