Unfortunately for boxing fans, the organizations that run boxing only care about profits. And if the opponent of a juiced up boxer dies as a result of blows suffered during a boxing match, then too bad, and nothing more. The career of Olympic champion discus thrower, Al Oerter, provides an excellent example of how chemical enhancement can not only prolong but also improve an athlete's performance. Oerter was the Olympic gold medalist in discus in 1956 - 56.64 meters (185.826 feet), 1960 - 59.18 meters, 1964 - 61 meters, and 1968 - 64.78 meters, yet his greatest distance, 75 meters (about 246.063 feet), was set in an unofficial throw while filming for TV, in the early eighties. That still exceeds the official world record of 74.08 meters or 243.0446 feet, and it is over fifty-seven feet further (1.324 times greater) than Oerter's 1956 gold medal Olympics throw despite Oerter being over twenty-five years older.

Khan is an idiot and no one agrees with him ever. First off, who would imposed the life ban. Each state has their own Atheltic commission. There are also different commissions spread abroad. There is also the list of banned substances that differs depending on the location of the fight. At best, Canelo would be banned from fighting in the state the where the fight was sanctioned. Which would be inconsistent with how athletes have been punished in the past.

When boxers box they literally put there life on the line. So when another boxer takes any banned substance to enhance his power or stamina they should have repercussions. What would happen if they killed a boxer in the ring cuz of the supplements. Anyone taking peds is just scared of there opponents and shouldnt be fighting in the first place. It should be a crime and it shouldnt matter about organizations they should face the law.
