Good Questions, I usually don't even pay much attention to the WBO Strap but yeah that is a problem. I don't remember any, they usually just grab a guy and throw him in with the Champion and say "He Is The Mandatory"

So when we end up with Terrance Crawford fighting his 147 WBO Mandatory and it is some guy from Canada by the name of Custio Calyton (not even making this up) then fans can't complain either.

Again we're assuming that Jacobs is giving up his Mandatory Spot to fight for the Vacant IBF Strap. In doing that the Mandatory Spot becomes Vacant. Is it only right to do a Eliminator to determine a new #1 Contender? This has nothing to do with the Fighters, it shows how terribly unorganized these Belt Organizations are. I would love to see BJS vs Andrade next that is a good fight.

I don't care about the rankings. I have seen O'Sullivan fight, he's not very good and that would be a mismatch.
