Do you think Broner will get in the HOF based on drawing power?

Everytime Broner stepped up in class, he lost, I know he was a four division champ, but against the top level comp, he always lost.

lol well I figured this thread would get a mixed reaction but I feel it’s a legitimate question due to Broner bringing in a lot of viewers to watching boxing as well as being a 4 division champion. I think if he happened to beat Maidana & Porter than more people would say yes, but right now it’s debatable.
