umm there was a couple of times GGG would not come forward. Particularly when Canelo was egging him to come in when he was about to uppercut him. GGG caught that trap at the last second.Comment

Missing almost 500 times. Some soo bad you were wondering WTF GGG was swining at...MY man no disrespect but your comment makes little to no sense. Because in those “brief moments” Canelo managed to throw more power punches at a much higher connect percentage. What was GGG “idiotic” strategy, no body punches? cut the ring off but not throw punches when Canelo is on the ropes? Win the fight by only throwing jabs? Just discussing. Again no disrespectComment

De La Hoya: "Mayweather is boring he doesn't come forward."
De La Hoya: "All GGG does is come forward."
Actually, Oscar, Canelo couldn't even get passed a simple jab, which is the first thing any high-level pro learns to get passed.Comment

Spence Jr. said it best. Why waste unnecessary energy moving around the ring when you just want to get to your opponent to bust him up? GGG and Spence fight similar. Both rather go forward in seek and destroy knowing as long as they touch you up, you will slow down and will get put away eventually.Comment

Very true statement by Oscar. All ggg did was come forward. He didn't even throw body punches and wouldn't or couldn't cut off the ring. Canelo controlled the pace of the fight. Canelo made ggg miss all night and had him punching the wind. Canelo landed the cleaner shots and Canelo landed the higher punch percentage and higher body punches.Comment
