GGG and his team's whinny and moaning in an unceasing cadence about how Canelo should fight sounds desperate and a bit looney. Telling another fighter how to fight is crazy talk. Concentrate on your own training. Do your best in the ring. Don't complain that the other guy is not fighting in a way to maximize your chances to win. I don't read about Canelo and his team telling Golovkin how to fight him and complain that GGG does not fight in a way the maximizes Canelo's chances to win.

These guys sound like the British generals who complained that the Americans used different tactics than they expected and would not fight in a "manly" way because they did not line up in straight line formations and march slowing toward the canons to make it easy for the British to slaughter them in the battlefield.

Can you image Muhammed Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard or the any of the other greats complaining that the opponent was not fighting the way they wanted him to fight? Does Golovkin realize how ****** he sounds? I thought GGG was a master of his trade. Apparently, he is more of a one trick pony!

Reminds me a bit of Pacquiao saying something along the lines of ‘I tried to make him fight but he wouldnt’ or whatever it was in regards to Floyd.

If a fight doesn’t go your way, it isn’t necessarily automatically the other guys fault, it can also be down to yourself for not also doing more. Golovkins team here for example, he himself didn’t look like the man he should have...They should spend more time addressing that issue right now.

Gotta say ive never seen GGG before not go to the body.
Shrewd businessman or not as good as we hoped?
That actually would of been a great idea.

GGG just has to train cardio, cardio, cardio.

Because Canelo will be moving and on his bike the whole fight

The game plan should be going to the body the whole time on the first three rounds.

it makes no difference if canelo stays the whole fight on the ropes, ggg wont let his hands go, too hesitant... we seen that already...

Canelo doesn't have to do much more than he did the first time! He was able to make GGG miss, but he didn't make him pay! If he can make him miss again, he has to follow that up with at least one counter each exchange, and the decision is his!

                    Don’t change the rules !

Rule #1- if you want to be the Champ then you must take the Title by beating the snot out of the Champ !

                    Rule #2- don’t change the rules !

Rule #3- you can’t win by RUNNING AWAY!!!!

When GGG first started getting his push from HBO. Outside of his punching power. His worshippers claimed GGG was possibly the best ever at cutting off the ring. Fast forward a couple years and decent opponents later. And all you hear from Team GGG and their fanboys is crying about guys not standing in front of Gennady ****ing. You’d think with as an accomplished amateur career as GGG had, lateral movement wouldn’t bother him the way it does.
