This bout was originally scheduled on May 6th, 2017. It was postponed due to Hughie Fury receiving a lower back injury. Parker instead took on Razvan Cojanu in Auckland, New Zealand as a voluntary defense.
Promoter Mick Hennessy said he would be appealing the decision. WBO supervisor John Duggan backed the decision to have Parker as the winner. He made it clear that the result would not be investigated or overturned.
Fury was paid £750,000 while Parker took home £1.1 million.
The US dollar conversion was more like $1.5 million but the point remains.

How much money are you going to ask for, for the Miller fight? Will he deserve about 20 mill or more as well? Haha.

Business is ridiculous! Our economy is even better then imagined and we even denuclearized a world wide threat in less than half of a single term! Everything is better aside from butt hurt abusers of our welfare system and illegal immigrants! You literally couldn't be more wrong.
You should not trust the media who is controlled by ******* twats who hate Trump.
Trump is the single most accomplished president ever if judged on time in office relative to overall turn around.

What Brit media are you talking about? Point it out to me?
At least we have a fighter that's in the media unlike your lot.

If this is true, then he gets paid pretty much the same as Wilder. So Wilder isn't a much bigger star. Plus, Parker didn't get 15 million for the Joshua fight it was about 6 million.
