TRUE OR FALSE:Gilberto Ramirez only fought bums

HE beat an Old Arthur Abraham for the Belt..other than that had a really close fight with Jesse Heart....other than that all bums.. and refuses to even mention David Benavidez.

Not entirely true but close. I don't consider Vlasov a bum so he's had at least two good fights in his career.

I wouldn’t say he is only fighting bums... but he definitely is not interested in testing himself. Then again I really don’t rate him too highly. Should probably look at taking on Eubanks Jr. (Coming off a L) next.

He is like Lucian Bute before running into Froch. Fighting a bunch of tomato cans.

That’s a good comparison. I remember rolling my eyes at the Bute hype. Froch went in there and showed him there were levels to the sport.

I don’t think Ramirez is as good as the hype. I’d pick Benavidez and Uzcategui to beat him.
