I am a sucker. Still like both fighters. That says something about me and being the definition of insane, I guess.

But, I will pick Golovkin until Alvarez proves me wrong. I think he brings a ton to the table as a boxer, but I have seen nothing to make me think he can sustain pressure on Trip G for 12 rounds or that he has enough power to hurt him. I think Golovkin, even as he has slipped a little, is still fundamentally sound and is able to pressure for most of the 12 rounds and can hurt Alvarez. Golovkin needs to get some water in the basement (channeling my best Teddy Atlas) by working the body and needs to not chase Alvarez, but corner him and do damage when he does. But those are both historically what Golovkin does best, and I see the 1st Alvarez fight as more of an anomaly than a pattern.

I would be zero shocked if Alvarez wins, but I see Golovkin breaking him down in the middle rounds and hurting him late. We will see what Alvarez is made of then.

I will stick with Nelo. He neutralized lil g's pressure with counter punching, movement & with the power punches that landed getting lil g's respect inside there that's why lil g didn't just rush in after Nelo touched him a few times. For lil g to break him down he would have to be landing punches on Nelo which Nelo didn't allow him to do in the 1st fight.

Canelo is sure doing a lot of talking this time! GGG must of got to him! I still say this time around that GGG takes Canelo out by KO this time, I don't see him letting it go to the judges again.

Talk or no talk Nelo is the better boxer, with more experience, fought the better competition & he will win again.

Look again at Jacobs and Canelo against Golovkin. Jacobs gave Golovkin more trouble than Canelo. Canelo was gassed out and Golovkin showed effective aggression backing Canelo up the whole fight. A few things were clear. After the fight fans booed Canelo and cheered Golovkin. Adelaide Byrd should not be allowed in a boxing arena let alone be a judge. This fight was fixed to push for the next one. Really looking forward to the rematch and hopefully a clean Canelo.

Nelo & Jacobs both beat lil g so what difference does it make who did better? Nelo/Jacobs, now that's a good fight that I would like to see, the two that beat lil g....LOL....And why you talking about Byrd when shae was only off by 2 rounds (8,9) & you aint saying nothing about dave Moretti's card when he gave lil g round 3 & changed round 5 with whiteout then gave it to lil g but that don't matter to you lil g fans though right?

The only thing I agree with in but his posts is Jacobs and Canelo would be interesting. I'd go with Jacobs. People are being critical of Jacobs last performance but he was forcing a knockout. When he relaxed it happened.

The one thing I would like to see is Jacobs vs Canelo. Unfortunately Oscar will never let that fight happen. Not enough money in it for him to risk the cash cow. The rest of your post is childish.
