Look, I just watched this fight 2 weeks ago and Benn hit the man in the back of the head a **** load of times. That fight should have never went past the point where Benn was knocked through the ropes. I have seen fights get stopped for a lot less. That ref was garbage. Nigel Benn was a good fighter and I like him, but to sit here and say that he fought G-Mann cleanly is a joke.

Benn hit him in the back of the head only a handful of times, I don't think that contributed much.

I'm not saying that it did. Who knows what punch did him in. If it was even a puch that Benn through. Who knows he could have had troubles before he stepped in the ring. It's a shame that this happened to any fighter or has happen to anybody. That is no way for anybody to live the rest of their lives.

I think there were a lot of punches that did him in, I think he was damaged as early as the second round.

As a matter of fact, the first time i watched this fight i didn't really notice all the rabbit punches..untill in the later rounds. Wich was disgusting, because the ref and Gman were so quiet about it. Mcclellan pointed at the back of his head, and not much was done about it. I think it was round 8. But i believe that the first rabbit punches in round 2 did something to him. Then all the power punches to the head, and ofcource the headbutt really messed him up. Its mind blogging how i can watch a brain damaged fighter go up against one of the hardest hitters and the fight is still going on. I've seen fighters get robbed because the ref stepped in so early.
