Great nothing needed to be refute by both sides. We got no fight. If they want the fight in April 2019 then can either refute or not refute. We move on am done as am holding both sides accountable for the fight not happening.

What else could Finkel have done? I get it, you're an AJ fan. But the evidence is so overwhelming that even you realize Hearn is at fault. But the most you can handle mentally is to just blame both sides. Even though there's literally no logical reason to blame Finkel.

April 2019 isn’t happening. No one gets the run around like that and then does the other guy a favor. Like Mayweather—Pacquiao when it was initially 50-50 and a compromise on the testing, all that’s off the table. Fight won’t be on DAZN, fight won’t be for a flat fee. And if it doesn’t happen, it sucks for us. But to Team Wilder, the other side didn’t negotiate in good faith so they must not want the fight.

In the long run, the fight not happening hurts Hearn more than it hurts Haymon.

The heavyweight division is just icing on the cake for Haymon. Outside of Wilder and a few fighters he lines up to protect Wilder from mandatories, the heavyweight division is of little importance to Haymon. Wilder can go for 51-0 and still draw big ratings for Showtime.

But Haymon's bread and butter is still 126-154. The best American athletes bigger than that go into other sports.

Say no to your highest payday and the chance to fight for the undisputed title because of taking business personally

Sums up Wilder and his team to a tee

Well that sort of perspective removes Wilder’s.

I always say the hardest part of posting is putting yourself in the fighter’s shoes. I’m terrible at it.

But if you try, and you assume what they are saying is true, then they put their best foot forward, even offered a great counter deal, gave up concession after concession...only to find out the other side was stringing them along for months. So on top of everything else, they think Hearn is a slimeball.

                I get they'd be pissed!

But ask for 25million instead, rejecting the fight and blaming Hearn personally for getting his fighter the best possible deal etc, is not moving Deontay forward, it's keeping him down.

I hope that he doesn't do that. I like to watch Wilder fight, I consider myself a fan. Also of him as a person, I like his fighter attitude.

But imo he's been acting like a bit of a cry baby since, and I think he's too emotional for his own good. Coming out to say he hopes Joshua gets KOd etc, why?? It's just a little bit too much.

You won’t ask for anything if you think the other guy isn’t negotiating in good faith.
