Because he is a title holder. Just as Joshua is a title holder.

Therefore, they are not under any legal obligation to challenge the other for their titles. It's all voluntary. Since it's voluntary I think that it is only fitting for the two to get a chance the win their respective titles back.

Now if Wilder was a mandatory challenger and he lost, then no he would not have any ethical or legal footing to stand on because he was given an opportunity and blew it. The very same goes for Joshua. Had he been a mandatory challenger and he lost then likewise he wouln't have any ethical and legal footing to stand on either. Once that happens, then the titleholders owe the challengers nothing at that point.

Lastly, the opponent was indeed Joshua but it didn't specify the time or place where the bout would have taken place. Don't you see what I am saying. By them leaving that material fact open, then they leave the door for a fight to happen infinitely; Meaning that it could happen as early 2018 or late as 2027.

Who cares if Wilder has a title? That doesn't get you a rematch clause. You can't name a weak B side fighter with or without a title who had a rematch clause. The fact that you're going on about it and thinking it's legit goes to show how biased and delusional you are.

Hearn confirmed the fight would have been next in Oct or Nov. So stop with the silliness.

Then he should have put it in the contract. Why didn't he? It's because they had no intentions of fighting Wilder in 2018 to begin with and you know it but won't admit it.

Let wilder keep fighting for 1-2m, let him keep fighting Uber drivers

Eventually A mando beats him and then Joshua can make the fight with a true champion and take the belt
Or aj gets kfo and the fight never happens. Only takes a punch, he doesn't have the best chin. You know that.

If there was no date and venue, how could he have it in the contract? Eddie was trying to save time by not spending a week or more getting date and venue down before signing contracts because time was of the essence due to the WBA breathing down his neck.

Stop talking rubbish and except reality.

If you needed more evidence that Wilder doesn't want the fight then look no further than him asking for half the money. The contract he has is on Finkle's desk ready to go but Deontay has thrown another wrench in there. Just accept that he's fronting without any intention of getting in any ring with Joshua in the opposite corner. He's a fraud. His whole career proves this. His actions are a complete contradiction of his words.

                  so fkn what ?

Joshua (unlike Hypekin) actually is a superstar

he could have done whatever the fk he wants, and avoided his mando..... like Hypekin did lol

the only guy Joshua is avoiding is Wilder

No, I'm very serious. I believe a man of character has far more value than a man without it. I believe God expects it of us.
