Yeah but there are better US apps available right now. ESPN+ and Showtime show boxing via app. There's no incentive to go to a European startup that doesn't have the distribution of the US providers.

ESPN has access to 91 million homes in the US (no numbers on app subs yet)

Showtime is in over 30 million US households (and have over 4 million app users)

DAZN has about 200k global subscribers

DAZN has more than a million subs in Japan alone.

They are aggressively going after everything and they have billions in the bank.

DAZN will be the Netflix of Sports in 3-5 year's.

I've said this exact thing. He sold Joshua all the way out, and no one in the US is gonna buy this app. So Joshua had the opportunity to fight US ppv in front of 1 million+ for more money than any other HW ever, and be undisputed champion, but Hearn decided to boost DAZN instead of his fighter, and it appears Joshua had to shut the hell up and accept it.

Why would these Haymon guys who are used to making their own decisions and would've definitely gotten this fight sign with Hearn after this fiasco? Hearn made his fighter look like a punk a$$ b1tch in the process
